Mindfulness and meditation, wherever your journey takes you.
You are visiting Lake Como and feel like taking a moment for yourself?

Perhaps you have always wanted to learn how to meditate. Perhaps you already practise mindfulness and would like to continue your practice while travelling. Or perhaps, between the lake, the mountains and the beauty of this place, you simply feel the need to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
Your stay on Lake Como can become an opportunity to do exactly that.
A PRIVATE MEDITATION EXPERIENCE ON LAKE COMO
I’m Viviana Musumeci, a journalist, AFAM lecturer and certified Mindfulness teacher. After doing meditation for many years, few time ago I published a book dedicated to mindfulness and meditation (you can find the italian version here)
Alongside my professional career, I have developed a dedicated path in Mindfulness and meditation through training, study and personal practice. Over the years, I have explored different meditation techniques and approaches, and I have worked both with groups and one-to-one, accompanying people from very different professional backgrounds, including fashion, communication, audiovisual, television, design and management.
Today, I offer private, personalised meditation and mindfulness sessions designed around the person in front of me.
And if you are travelling on Lake Como, there is no reason to interrupt your practice just because you are away from home.
YOUR PRACTICE. YOUR PLACE
The experience can take place wherever it feels most natural to you.
I can come directly to your hotel or accommodation in:
Lecco · Bellagio · Varenna · Lezzeno
A private session in the comfort and privacy of your hotel can be arranged, depending on the location.
Alternatively, you can come to me and we can practise outdoors, choosing a quiet and suitable spot along the river in Lecco or by the lake, surrounded by the landscape of Lake Como.
Because meditation does not necessarily need a studio.
Sometimes, all you need is a beautiful place, a little time and someone who can guide you.
FOUR WAYS TO BEGIN — OR CONTINUE — YOUR PRACTICE
01 · MINDFULNESS
What if, during your holiday, you stopped trying to do and simply allowed yourself to be?
A private introduction to Mindfulness for those who are approaching the practice for the first time, or a personalised practice for those who already meditate and want to continue while travelling.
We work on attention, presence, breathing and awareness, at a pace suited to you.
02 · HO’OPONOPONO
Is there something you would like to let go of and make space for something new?
A guided meditation inspired by the Hawaiian Ho’oponopono tradition, centred on inner reflection, reconciliation and the possibility of changing the way we relate to what we carry within us.
A particularly intimate practice, ideal for a one-to-one experience.
03 · MEDITATION WITH MANTRAS
What if your mind didn’t need more thoughts, but a point of focus?
Mantra meditation uses the repetition of sounds or sacred phrases as an anchor for attention.
The practice can be approached by beginners or adapted for those who already have experience with meditation and would like to explore mantra practice more deeply.
04 · VISUALISATION OF THE SCREEN OF YOUR LIFE (SELF PROGRAMMING)
Before imagining a different future, learn how to visualise it.
A guided practice centred on mental imagery, concentration and visualisation, inspired by techniques associated with the Silva Method.
An opportunity to explore the relationship between attention, imagination and the images we create within the mind.
WHY PRIVATE?
Because when you are travelling, your time is precious.
A group class follows a shared rhythm.
A private session follows yours.
There is no need to adapt to someone else’s level of experience, schedule or way of practising. We can slow down, go deeper, repeat an exercise or change direction according to what you need that day.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or already have an established practice, the session begins where you are.
MEDITATION AS PART OF YOUR LAKE COMO EXPERIENCE
You may come to Lake Como for the architecture, the landscape, the food, the art or simply to disconnect from everyday life.
Why not make space for something else, too?
A moment that belongs entirely to you.
A private mindfulness or meditation session can become a different way of experiencing Lake Como: not simply looking at the landscape, but allowing yourself to be fully present within it.
PRIVATE SESSIONS ON LAKE COMO

Sometimes, the most meaningful part of a journey is simply learning to stop.
